Acceptance of Terms

This document forms a legally binding agreement between you and Turn 2 Inspire, a nonprofit youth development organization. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the website and related services.

Program Enrollment and Conduct

Participants must meet eligibility requirements and agree to the Code of Conduct. Turn 2 Inspire reserves the right to remove individuals for behavior that disrupts program goals or endangers others.

Fee Structure and Cancellations

Program fees are non-refundable unless the program is canceled by Turn 2 Inspire. We reserve the right to modify fees with notice. Scholarships may be available based on need.

Health, Risk, and Liability Waiver

Participation in physical activities may carry risks. All participants (or guardians) must sign a waiver releasing Turn 2 Inspire from liability for injuries, losses, or damages.

Use of Likeness

Participants and guests may be photographed or recorded during events. By attending, you grant unrestricted rights for Turn 2 Inspire to use this media for promotional or archival purposes.

Intellectual Property

All materials, branding, website content, and media are the intellectual property of Turn 2 Inspire and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Data Privacy

Information collected is used solely for communication, program administration, or donor relations. We adhere to data protection best practices and will not sell your information.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith communication prior to legal proceedings.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any revisions.
